Antoni Lacki

AI GTM Engineer  ·  Customer Education & Enablement

I build AI systems, and I build the programmes that get people using them. Two public samples below: an engineering case study of a system I built and still run, and an interactive course exactly as a learner sees it. Both are the real thing, not screenshots.

Production system · measured

A multi-agent review pipeline built to disagree with itself

Seven independent reviewers plus a synthesiser gate every article I publish. Architecture, real code, the agreement data from 30 production runs, a reconstructed cost per run, and an explicit list of what the system does not do.

Production pipeline · with the video

Document to narrated video, with the animation anchored to the voice

A pipeline that turns a source document into a narrated, animated training video. No timing in the composition was typed by a human: the voiceover generates the timings and the animation binds to them by name. Three moments traced from spoken sentence to rendered pixel, plus the finished video.

AI for Managers: Coaching, Planning & Decision Support

A role-based course that teaches people managers to use AI in their real workflow without over-relying on it. Built on adult-learning theory, with scenario-based knowledge checks and automation bias woven through every module.

The course above is an anonymized sample of my own instructional-design work, shared to show how I structure analysis, learning paths, and assessment.
